Consulting
FCC microwave licensing, drafting work, and field work assist in installing communications
equipment at communications sites, and doing studies for wind turbine generation sites for CC&E
clients.

PacifiCorp Engineering Department – 8 years.
1993-2001 – Coordination and FCC licensing for PacifiCorp microwave and land mobile radios
systems. Ordered new radios for Company vehicles and portable radios for individuals. Assisted
in GPR, signal strength, and frequency field studies.

PacifiCorp and Utah Power & Light Property Services Department
1988-1993 -- Supervisor of Cadastral Engineering, Central Files. Supervised a staff of 15
people who maintained and kept all of the companies records both in Salt Lake and Portland.
Maintained real property records, deeds, easements, property leases, maps and drawings, for
federal, state, Indian agencies and company owned properties for Utah and Portland divisions.
Drafting transmission power line right of way drawings from civil engineers field notes,
prepared legal descriptions for deeds and easements and prepared paper work and drawings for
special use permits.

1976-1981 – Senior Draftsman
1970-1976 – Draftsman

The above positions include courses in professional writing, PC courses, management and
supervising, civil engineering, legal description writing and working on a corporate task force
for company mapping.
