Review and manage outside contractor relay design packages. Calculate and review relay-setting orders. Write complex switching procedures to test energize, remove for clearance and return to service substation equipment, transmission and distribution lines. Create and input databases for SCADA systems. Design field wiring and control circuitry for SCADA systems.
